Archive Introduction

This repository contains documents obtained via FOIA requests and anonymous sources related to Project Sibyl (1962–1969), an initiative of the United States Department of Defense for the development of predictive systems.

The project was officially terminated in September 1969. The reasons remain classified.

This archive is maintained for purposes of historical preservation. I have no affiliation with any government agency.

Recent Additions

DOC-034 added to the archive. A handwritten note found with the recovered server. Origin unknown. Analysis pending.

Three additional output records (OUTPUT #117, #118, #119) have been transcribed from recovered storage media.

About This Archive

I do not interpret. I do not theorize. I simply organize what I find and make it available. Whether Project Sibyl was what the documents suggest, or an elaborate hoax, or something else entirely, is not for me to determine.
